Will the DMV be able to file my ticket if the Court Clerk spelled my name wrong?

I got a speeding ticket and the officer wrote my name on it correctly, but when the clerk in the court filed it into their computer database, she typed my name wrong. Will the DMV be able to add the ticket onto my driving record?
PS: After talking with my lawyer, I’ve decided to pay the fine. I admit that I was going above the speed limit and I am going to take the consequences like a man for breaking the law, so please no lectures on why I should fight the ticket.
