How do I get an arrest record exponged in Ontario Canada?

I have an arrest record from when I was 19 for leaving the scene of an accident, later in court when it was explained that I was leaving to go get help all charges were dropped.
Now everytime I try to cross the border to go to the US the arrest record is still there and I want to know how I can fix this so I don’t getting turned back at the border.
