Can I expunge my criminal record with a case pending?




I have been arrested a few times in my past and a few of these cases were dismissed. But recently I was arrested and I am afraid that these previous charges might give the court of this different county a reason to profile me. The question is, Is there a way I can expunge my criminal record from Travis County while my case is still pending in San Patricio County? Please DO NOT GUESS. I need facts. Thanks.

    The previous charges should not come up if they were dismissed.
